Zoya’s Naked Manicure Naked Base earned a top spot in the Nail category for its highly effective performance capabilities. Formulated to enrich weak nails with vitamins, proteins and amino acids, the base coat also fills in ridges.

Zoya, like many of the winners, will no doubt use the Allure “Best of Beauty” signature seal on its website, promotional materials and packaging.
